The company works in AI but you will probably end up working on half baked ideas by the MD throughout your stay and do no real development work.
The MD interferes in each and everything and wants to know every line of code
and will make you demo everything to him and ask you for detailed updates on the emails in addition to this.
No hierarchy is maintained even when the team leads and managers are present. MD wants everything, including resolution of a simple bug demoed to him. This leads to almost 3-4 hours of meetings every day and your workable time decreases. This is all in addition to the sprint tasks which must be completed regarding to the allotted points or your points will be deducted.
MD will call the whole office in the conference room and talk to one person for hour wasting other's time. He will show you himself as knowing everything but takes decisions without consulting any of the leads. He calls it a meeting and discussions whereas its just dictation for what to do for every employee. Nayan could be great but unless some major changes are brought it is quite difficult.
Work-life balance does not exist at Nayan. You get public holidays, weekends removed if somehow you lag to achieve your sprint points as you were busy debugging the present issues. Nothing is impossible at Nayan :-)
