Small company culture with a big budget Great technology Very technical management Lots of very smart people working there (until Hertz laid everyone off)

There were very few cons until 11/2014, when Hertz killed 90% of all IT work in the company. The company made $50 million in pure profit each year, and they kill it? Makes no sense whatsoever. The people who are left are very good, although I don't believe they will stay for too long.
