Some good people on staff, management team is the worst I’ve seen.

Cons

Do what you you say you’re going to do for employees and clients. And pay people as contracted.

I'm sorry to hear this was your experience. I hope you shared your feedback with your manager and/or HR during your time with us. Or at least, I'm hoping concerns were expressed during your Exit Interview. We strive to retain employees, keep them engaged and we work hard to maintain a good culture and morale. Our high retention rate is something we are very proud of. Again, I'm sorry you feel this way but we wish you the best in any future endeavors.
