Great Place To Work - Anonymous employee NaviSync Employee Review

I found NaviSync to be a great place to work due in large part to the people I worked with and worked for. It was a work environment with a dual focus on both their clients and their employees. I never worked anywhere else that treated its employees so well, not just the great benefits package, but also company events that rewarded the employees for their hard work. Now that I've been out of the company for over a year, I have a greater appreciation for it than I did when I worked there because where I'm at now is nowhere near as good.
