The rapidly growing company creates a welcoming and energetic work environment which encourages personal and professional development. The summer intern program has allowed me to acquire various, invaluable skills in software development due the constructive mentorship. Additionally, the development team doesn't leave anyone behind ensuring that everyone has the resources and help they need.
The Naveego team is constantly celebrating victories (big or small) in the workplace. Success is celebrated through workplace energy and distinguished recognition. I recently wrapped up a project I had been working on for almost a month. While presenting a demo, I was welcomed with complements, constructive critism, and praise for my accomplishments. This enthusiasm gave me pride in my work and encouraged my desire to develop future projects.
The summer program has gotten me involved in the development lifecycle and taught me team skills rarely received in university courses. The development team, filled with strong leadership and intellect, works closely together resulting in extremely fluid software development and problem-solving. Because everyone is here to help everyone else, it feels like the team is able to move forward quickly and efficiently, giving everyone the assistance they need.
I am astounded by my personal growth which is greatly due to the summer intern program here at Naveego. Bi-weekly meetings with my mentor help me lay out achievable goals and ensure that I am receiving the help and resources I need. Additionally, the development team encourages me and assists me in learning new skills so that I am able to attain more knowledge for my professional career.
