      Every employee is desperately clawing for a way out. The leadership is shockingly inexperienced, culture is suffocating and offers no learning or career mobility. Please keep looking and do not fall victim to wasting time at Navatar.

      Pros

      From the day I started at this company, upper management as well as colleagues have done nothing but support me in development and in achieving career goals. I was able to grow within the company from being a part of the Support Team to managing the Support Team through their guidance and support. Navatar provides a very encouraging and connective work culture.
