Pros

- There are incredible career progression opportunities at TripActions and I've received multiple promotions as result. Sales leaders are invested in developing you and your sales skills. - There is a great culture and vibe in the office - The product is unmatched in the industry and is revolutionising T&E for companies! - I've always hit 100+% and often if reps are not achieving in the Q the org will adapt and give a haircut etc! - We're on an IPO journey and everyone is pulling together to make it an incredibly successful IPO!

Cons

Deliveroo allowance isn't high enough for lunch!!

Competitive compensation and strong benefits package. The coworkers and frontline teams are one of the company’s greatest strengths many are incredibly hardworking, supportive, and committed to helping both customers and teammates succeed.

This contributes to burnout, frustration, and a lack of confidence in operational decision-making.
