Pros
You get the standard work schedules the rest of the government gets except maxi-flex which was taken for no good reason, you’ll get to telework although there is an unfortunate push to end that and we don’t know how many days we will be required to go in, there are a lot of great people who work here, just outside of the front office.
Cons
Our culture is currently the worst it’s ever been! I’m not exaggerating don’t come here right now. It’s horrendous. Lots of bullying coming from the front office, making horrible work culture decisions, it’s tiring and frustrating to say the least. If you are not willing to be a favorite and suck up you are not getting promoted. It’s a nightmare! Don’t come here!
