There is also an amazing support team from fellow adjusters to supervisors to administrative team members that, no matter what, are there for you. And finally, your voice is heard. None found yet. I'm sure there are cons. Maybe the system is a bit overwhelming at first but you get used to it and it becomes an amazing tool for claims processing and handling.
