In my experience, NS is led by a toxic CEO and plagued by constant turnover. I personally witnessed many employees who relocated for their roles being terminated without cause, creating an environment of fear and instability. One employee relocated his family from Florida for this job and was let go shortly after, with no clear explanation. That alone speaks volumes about leadership and lack of accountability. When people are asked to uproot their lives and are then let go without explanation, it raises serious concerns about leadership and ethics. These pattern points to a leadership issue, not a performance issue all began when the ceo started in 2019. Despite the constant turnover, nothing improves, and the same problems persist.
