This organization has some of the most dedicated, passionate and supportive people you will ever meet. They support personal growth, and have great pay and benefits for this type of position in the non-profit world, not to mention the opportunity to work in some of the most beautiful locations in the world. I am so grateful for my experience with the organization.
Cons
The job can become repetitive and there are very limited opportunities for upward mobility. The close-knit insular culture can lead to favorites among staff and these opinions are factored into promotions.
