Pros

Not too busy. You get down time, free boba, and free poke bowls. Easy job.

Cons

Management has clear biases against other races. They favor people based on their looks/gender/race and will pay them more tips as a result. Tips are shared but there is no transparency. Penny pinching micromanagers.

Pros

Schedule, and some members of staff. Other than that it was the worst company I've ever worked at. Avoid at all costs, seriously 😂

Cons

My experience working for this company was extremely disappointing. The work environment was incredibly toxic, and it was clear that the management was not interested in fostering a positive workplace culture. There was a severe lack of communication between employees and management, which made it difficult to perform my job effectively. The manager's behavior was particularly concerning. It was not uncommon to see them drinking on shifts, which created an unprofessional and uncomfortable atmosphere. What was worse, it seemed that they would fire people for no reason, just because they didn't gossip or drink with them. This type of behavior is unacceptable and creates a hostile work environment. What was also troubling was the way the company chose to hire employees. They seemed to focus mostly on looks or where people were from, which was concerning and could be seen as racist. It is disheartening to see this kind of behavior in the workplace, and it made for a very uncomfortable experience. Overall, I cannot recommend working for this company. The toxic environment, bad management, and discriminatory hiring practices make it a difficult and uncomfortable place to work.

- Good hours, long shifts, weekends off - Good food provided on shift

Cons

- Worst management I ever had. No proper training provided and the management gets angry and shouts at you middle service if you do something wrong (even though you were never shown or is only your first week at the company) . - Very unprofessional staff. Doesn't matter how good/ bad you are at your job, as long as the management team likes you - Average pay- don't expect tips in this place - Some team member are very particular and not very welcoming, some won't respect your sections - You get on the bad books if you know your rights and are vocal at it. The company expects you to spend 4-5 hours of you own time to do the online training and certificates or they will hold on to your service charge share. This is just ILLEGAL!
