Pros

- Fantastic products, a deeply ingrained music culture and wonderful people. - A number of really exciting new projects in the pipeline. - Developments focussed on making music production available to people with different abilities (e.g. visual-impairment). - The recently appointed Executive Team has made a number of significant and positive steps towards creating a truly open, positive and collaborative environment. - Native has returned to its Music Technology roots with a future spin and is moving into fresh waters after a challenging few years. - The opportunity to connect and work with many great artists.

Cons

- DEIBA and sustainability topics are in their infancy, but there is a strong and very real commitment from the new Executive Team. - The company has been through a turbulent few years which has lead to a need for rebuilding in some areas. However, with this there is of course great opportunity.

Pros

Super cool environment and amazing products that are easy to sell, cause who doesn't love music!

Cons

A lot of miscommunication and groupthink can make marketing projects spiral when they could have been more efficient by just meeting sooner.
