      Top 3 Pros for me 1. Competitive salary (for booked class) especially if you've been working for months or years in Native Camp. 2. Flexible Schedule, we can work anytime because you can teach sudden classes. 3. Incentives, most teachers are looking forward to receiving incentives, where it actually the reason to motivate us to work harder.

      Cons

      Top 3 Cons for me 1. System problem . this is one of the most common problem, but I believe soon they'll be able to fix it. 2. Sudden Class rate, if you'll compare it to booked class rate, it's not that competitive. That's why during the lockdown, I was a full time teacher by doing Sudden classes, it's tiring to reach your goal, but it's worth it, because you know, everything was hard at first because you're new, then that's the time where you'll meet your regular students. But I was hoping they'll make the rate a little higher. 3. The lesson review is not updated anymore every after class, I wish they'll bring it back like before. Because I experience students who enter, then I was just about to introduce but then they'll suddenly leave, and rate us 1-3 stars.

      Pros

      Job opportunity for people who don't have a degree. They supply videos for you to familiarize yourself with the different lessons. Their communication has a quick turnaround.

      Cons

      Videos cannot actually prepare you for doing the actual lessons. Some sort of interactive system is needed to prepare teachers better for conducting the actual lessons. Communication method on the interface is a bit confusing - I cannot see which messages are unread-even when I toggle the icon to "unread messages"

      Pros

      1. Very flexible platform 2. No minimum hours required 3. mostly polite students 4. lesson material provided

      Cons

      1. The salary is pathetic and it is a shame they are still paying that same rate since they started. 2. They recently introduced a feature where you can adjust your rate but the requirements you should meet first are almost impossible to achieve. 3. very long waiting hours, too many teachers, very few students 4. a biased rating system that punishes teachers
