      Pros

      - Working schedule is very flexible where you can work and relax anytime whenever you want. -The salary is good enough with a lot of incentives.

      Cons

      - TOO many teachers which leads to fewer bookings/lessons than a year ago. Too many teachers from all around world, but limited to mostly Japanese students only. - TOO unfair and big penalties for teachers especially for lessons conducted more than 20mins already but due to disconnection, just less than 5mins before it ends, huge deduction of salary as a penalty and wasn't at least paid for the 20mins lessons conducted.

      Pros

      Job opportunity for people who don't have a degree. They supply videos for you to familiarize yourself with the different lessons. Their communication has a quick turnaround.

      Cons

      Videos cannot actually prepare you for doing the actual lessons. Some sort of interactive system is needed to prepare teachers better for conducting the actual lessons. Communication method on the interface is a bit confusing - I cannot see which messages are unread-even when I toggle the icon to "unread messages"

      Pros

      1. Very flexible platform 2. No minimum hours required 3. mostly polite students 4. lesson material provided

      Cons

      1. The salary is pathetic and it is a shame they are still paying that same rate since they started. 2. They recently introduced a feature where you can adjust your rate but the requirements you should meet first are almost impossible to achieve. 3. very long waiting hours, too many teachers, very few students 4. a biased rating system that punishes teachers
