      Availability of materials for all classes in a very was way

      They have no consideration, they are just employing teachers anyhow either you are qualify or not. I enjoyed native camp when my rating was 4.59 to now that I am in 4.92. EXCESS TEACHERS , LESS STUDENTS

In order to have more students, you need to open more slots, be active and follow our announcements and changes. Due to COVID-19, we have more teachers, but at the same time more students, so there is a balance. If you are a hardworking teacher with good reviews you will always have students choosing you for their lessons. Our service for inquiries is available for our teachers.       Pros

      Job opportunity for people who don't have a degree. They supply videos for you to familiarize yourself with the different lessons. Their communication has a quick turnaround.

      Cons

      Videos cannot actually prepare you for doing the actual lessons. Some sort of interactive system is needed to prepare teachers better for conducting the actual lessons. Communication method on the interface is a bit confusing - I cannot see which messages are unread-even when I toggle the icon to "unread messages"

      1. Very flexible platform 2. No minimum hours required 3. mostly polite students 4. lesson material provided

      Cons

      1. The salary is pathetic and it is a shame they are still paying that same rate since they started. 2. They recently introduced a feature where you can adjust your rate but the requirements you should meet first are almost impossible to achieve. 3. very long waiting hours, too many teachers, very few students 4. a biased rating system that punishes teachers
