Pros

-easy to get in -can plot your own schedule -no more to say

Cons

-FIRST of all they stash 10% of your pay every period they pay you twice a month and every time they deduct 10%. when ask where the 10% goes, the admins say 8% for the use of platform (goes to native camp pockets) and the remaining 2% for tax. - 50% of the students are rude, they can cancel the call anytime and this will lead to penalty of temporary deactivation when there are so many lessons unfinished. -a student can report you anytime and can lead to deactivation -they blame your internet connection for everything that happened, even thou its stable -Admins sometimes can't help you with things, they just rely on what script they have. Some of them are not teachers and their English is quite bad. -I tried to be full-time employee for a month, but there were just 5-8 calls a day if i'm lucky sometimes non. -There promo rates can beguile you, sometimes it doesn't add up with your salary. -Management is bias, they are focus with their office based esl tutors. -There will be always system lags with their platform and blames your internet connection for it.

In order to have higher payment you need to have more classes because teachers have a performance-based salary. Pros

Job opportunity for people who don't have a degree. They supply videos for you to familiarize yourself with the different lessons. Their communication has a quick turnaround.

Cons

Videos cannot actually prepare you for doing the actual lessons. Some sort of interactive system is needed to prepare teachers better for conducting the actual lessons. Communication method on the interface is a bit confusing - I cannot see which messages are unread-even when I toggle the icon to "unread messages"

Pros

1. Very flexible platform 2. No minimum hours required 3. mostly polite students 4. lesson material provided

Cons

1. The salary is pathetic and it is a shame they are still paying that same rate since they started. 2. They recently introduced a feature where you can adjust your rate but the requirements you should meet first are almost impossible to achieve. 3. very long waiting hours, too many teachers, very few students 4. a biased rating system that punishes teachers
