First thing I noticed was how nice everyone was and how people seem happy to be here. The managers are very encouraging and plan activities and contests to keep things interesting. The money is really good, just look at the cars in the parking lot. I like that the company is growing and always improving.
Cons
It's really busy during season, so you have to be prepared for a busy summer. But, that is when the commissions are highest, so it's a good trade off.

Good pay and benefits after 90 days. Coworkers are helpful and fun to be around.
Cons
You barely learn anything from training until you are put to shadow with other Account Managers.
If you don't catch on quickly (and when I say quickly I mean it) you will get fired. If you make it pass your 90 days consider yourself lucky. If you are a hard worker they will use it to their benefit and give you their butts to kiss later.
