A nice place to be - emphasis on nice - Consultant Nationwide Employee Review

Unlike many places, senior management here are genuinely nice people. Nice people really do finish first here. There is a big coaching and feedback culture here. Nationwide has a sterling reputation in Central Ohio due to its generosity to various charities.
