Pros

Its a big company and there are alot of opportunities to grow if you are in the right office. Upper management is extremely knowledgable great to look up to. Each office is different and of course there are office politics involved but if you do it right, you'll move up fast and make a very decent income. They have locations all over the country so if you want to relocate you will always have that opportunity. They send you to training classes in other states which can be a fun and great experience! Their systems are pretty up to date and modern so easy to use.

Cons

The office I work in is unfair and bias. 90% of the employees in my office came from the same company so there seems to be a "cult" following. As long as you don't work in the Orange, CA office you can do well. If you work in the THI-Titan line of business it can be difficult due to the number of fraudulent insureds. Client base is the lower middle class so they can be difficult to work with, sometimes not being able to get ahold of them, get cooperation from, or they lie to you alot and it is sometimes difficult to tell who and honest client is.

Pros

-For the most part, the people you work with are good people. Made real lifelong friends and mentors. -As with all large companies, there are plenty of opportunities to advance and/or move around if something isn't a good fit. -One of the rare places still offering a pention

Cons

-Office politics promote plenty of people who don't deserve it and the teams happiness is highly dependent upon who you end up reporting to -WAY too much false urgency created by bad leaders -Big company means slow moving in all the stuff you want to go fast. Often times too many cooks in the kitchen
