Pros
Working for an iconic brand, with lots of passionate service people. Chance to get out of office and around the UK. Feels good to make a difference to customers' - taking them on holiday, seeing friends etc - makes you feel like you work for a "force for good"
Cons
Erratic senior decision making, based on hunches and pet projects - Office politics, chaos, and a bit of blame culture crept in over the past few years. Lack of ability to see through any plans or think strategically about the market. Office morale low due to management's changing expectations and lack of clarity.
