      Pros

      Associates were great and loved working with my teams.

      Cons

      Wages are so far under standard and along with stressful environment leads to ridiculous annual turnover above 300% annual. Guess not paying a livable wage is rationalized by the company vision to provide low cost eye care.

      Pretty easy work Company is modernizing Friendly environment Most patients are delightful

      Cons

      They used to be closed on Sunday, but now that's changed Store budgets are divided up between stores in the same district by the DM, which lends itself to favoritism when stores are given their monthly goals If you are the only LDO, you may end up working a LOT until you are able to find a second LDO
