I get great insurance benefits, a 401k, and almost 6 weeks paid time off. Even though it is such a large company if you were to call home office you get a person, out they call you back immediately. My store and stores in my district are all very close personally. It is a sales job but we are not pitted against each other, which encourages associates to be more helpful to one another.
