      Pros

      Can perform most specialty work other automotive shops cannot. Great benefits package.

      Cons

      Absolutely abhorrent manegerial structuring / leadership. Contract clauses broken on numerous occasions. Unwilling to work on pay increases. Borderline predatory sales practices. Very high turnover rate.
