Pros

There are plenty of very kind people at the organization. A few perks such as bagel Thursdays and excellent free coffee.

Cons

For my role, I performed standard administrative tasks, however, I was held to an impossibly high standard for a new person with no learning curve. What made the job miserable was the complete lack of clarity—guidelines were vague, expectations constantly shifted, and the cultural dynamics were baffling. Staff often spoke of being monitored, which created an atmosphere of fear and paranoia. Gossip, cliques, and blatant favoritism were rampant. This was a deeply unhealthy environment with hugely toxic dynamics, people here are often kind to your face while stabbing you in the back. I would strongly advise others to stay away. Truly one of the worst professional experiences I’ve had.
