      Always moving. Something new every day. Lot of hours and great pay.

      Can get burnt out from all the hours but they will give you rest and recovery once the job is done.

      Pros

      The starting pay is decent.

      Cons

      No raises, no bonuses, They only care about data and couldn't care less about employees. Employees are not valued. No one asks employees for feedback. Employees laid off with no notice and leave remaining staff scrambling without adequate resources to complete the job. Also a lack of diversity in management and office positions. Majority caucasian employees. Don't see this company lasting much longer the way they are running things.
