      Pros

      The exposure you get at the start of your career is something very few companies offer. Gets opportunity to speak with frontline engineers of high profile companies. The people working there are highly skilled and good natured. Salary package is definitely one of the best in this sector.

      Cons

      The company attitude towards taking harsh decisions. Every knowledge gained will be tied to NI products and its environment. There will be a dependency on NI platform if you try to switch to another job.

      Great place to work, wonderful environment and people.

      Teams were let go after they were purchased. I'm not sure how it is now.

      Pros

      The people and the culture! Mostly very helpful, smart, fun loving group of employees. NI hired a lot for culture fit and that made the day to day a lot of fun.

      Cons

      Company vision from the higher ups suffered greatly after the pandemic.
