Some really good customers you can build good relationships with

Cons

Far too many processes and procedures that hinder you ability to do the job. Management unwilling to admit there are major managerial issues. Effective communication in the company actually made more difficult due to technology. The fact that many things need processed in Texas 700 miles away just add another unnecessary level of complexity. The processes actually make it difficult to make a good paycheck due to how hard it is to generate good numbers

Pros

Great Money No physical labor Great Training Travel Opportunities Pretty Easy job when things are going well. Friendly staff, managers, and fun culture.

Cons

Keeping up with sales goals can be difficult at times. Limited leads at times can make life stressful. Long Hours and Many Days on the Lot. Can be even more grueling during show weeks. Sales agents have to fall on the sword when other departments don't do their job well which comes with an emotional cost to those who care about their customer's experiences.
