Pros
Pays well, will enjoy the lustre and prestige of working for an Intelligence Agency, but it will be short-lived after 5 years. Some travel opportunities. You will finally and very quickly learn that in the grand scheme of everything, you do not matter at all to anyone, not your coworkers nor your bosses. If you do not mind watching the clock and not having any accountability, you will do fine. You will be able to identify the shameless self-promoters rising to the top very fast and devise methods to avoid those people. If your parents work here and you happen to intern you will be a rising star. If you arrived at this organization's doorstep like 90% as a former military/contractor type, and the odds are stacked against you.
Cons
You will use zero geospatial skills you paid to learn at a post-graduate institution here. All work is delegated to contractors. You'll have a million meaningless meetings. The culture of self-promotion is toxic and exhausting. and managers are powerless to help you. Do yourself a favor and do not work here. This organization is hemorrhaging talent.
