Pros

I didn't waste time leaving.

Cons

You will start the nightmare with 2 weeks of virtual training. You will get to enjoy the sarcasm and condescending tones from Pat. You will be forced to have camera on, but you will never see his face. You then will have pleasure of driving 2 hours away to pick up your samples which will fill your car front to back. Then you get to go to appointments in usually the worst areas of any given city. Then you can be ridiculed when poor Betty can't pay for the crazy overpriced flooring. Or you can discount it at such a huge % that you won't make anywhere near worth your expenses. They kept my last check bc I told the managers that they are worse stalkers than my ex. I proceeded to throw there samples in trash

Pros

You learn how to handle pressure quickly… mostly out of necessity.

Cons

There’s a strong push for results, but the support behind those expectations doesn’t always match. You’re expected to perform at a high level while figuring things out as you go, which makes it feel more like survival than actual progress.
