Business outlook
Pros
Building is very nice. It's new with lots of nice features like a gym on the fourth floor and a small coffee shop/bakery. Lots of resources for NCSA employees. These include things like the visualization lab where dedicated employees will help you visualize your research.
Cons
There isn't a lot of engagement between postdocs. Despite a program of things like monthly meetings for postdocs to talk about their research, most don't go, and mostly just work alone.
