GM & owner pride themselves on getting to know their staff and make sure they live up to their responsibilities. The coworkers you work with will make your job more enjoyable.
Cons
No real cons, the employee meal is close to being the worse free meal I've ever had. Family minded company also, don't look for big advancements from an industry standpoint.
