Pros
- High autonomy + growth prospects, very interesting work and my team is fantastic. - You get the ability to really create an impact from your work. - Work perks are top notch, plenty of notice on hubs so I won't dive into it again.
Cons
- Easy to burn-out, remote nature means catering to different timezones at your own expense for urgent things. - Meeting and administrative bloat starting to pile up as company matures. - Bureaucracy is starting to increase to get things done. Expected of a maturing company but losing the "startup spunk"
