House of cards, must be able to yell louder than anyone in the room to receive recognition. Hard work not required, just good excuses.

Some employees have a good work ethic. The company overall manages to get things done and do well. The work that they company does is interesting.

Employees work in cliques, which causes a drop in productivity. Slight power vacuum, so not sure who is in charge most of the time. Not much movement vertically, usually just get more responsibilities with no raise.
