Pros

So to start this off: I love this place. Everybody I’ve worked with has been amazing and keeps me here. My manager is one of the best people I’ve worked with and my co-workers keep me occupied mentally. The job is fairly easygoing, all and all a nice experience. Keeping employees happy with lunch on Monday and Wednesday was a great idea and the hydration station makes a great addition. I also love that we get certain holidays off for family time. This makes me think that the company does truly care about ones home life, But with all jobs there are a few downsides.

Cons

Like all places there are some sour apples when it comes to co-workers. Two come to mind, I won’t name them but I’ll say they did leave the worst reviews here. For example: the one claiming that she had to walk on eggshells was rather quite deceiving. She actually wanted to frame the new girl for a inpropperly made 500 tag order that she screwed up on. The reason for so was that she was about two steps away from being fired for poor efficiency. She also had lied about management which got her a nice little ticket to HR. Promptly being fired, she had left a nasty response which in my own opinion she had brought on herself. The second person was another one star: He seemed like fun, until he didn’t get his way. Yet again he wasn’t the best at his job, saying we had gotten a large amount of stress from him not using the lasers properly to make tags. He at one point had left me in a sour mood on a bad day, But who knows maybe making a suicide joke the day a close friend had done it may be an ok thing to do. Other than the bad apples I do wish I was paid more, compared to Walmart’s checking service I get paid less. With the job being naturally repetitive you can easily get fairly bored. Which I have come up with a solution by simply listening to an audio book or music. All and all though, if you can get past the toxic parts of humanity and the repitition this is a great job to have.

Pros

One of the things I love most about is the leadership and their personal support of my daily job. Being able to jump on calls and work through solutions together really is an environment that I am about. The people who work here really make it a 5 star working environment.

Cons

I would say flexibility. For the most part flexibility is great but there are often times that a 2 week notice is required to have your PTO approved. While I know that is standard, it is hard when things arise that PTO is needed in a short notice for personal things and I have not submitted that time enough in advance. As a salary employee this is one of the few cons.

Thank you so much for your thoughtful review! We're thrilled to hear that you feel supported by leadership and enjoy the collaborative, people-first environment here at Namify—it’s something we truly strive for. We also appreciate your feedback regarding PTO flexibility. While advance notice helps us manage team needs, we understand that unexpected situations come up, and we're always looking for ways to balance structure with flexibility. Thank you for sharing your experience and being part of what makes Namify great!

Pros

If you consider learning how to survive an unhealthy environment, then maybe that counts.

Cons

I walked into this place expecting a decent job, but the longer I stayed, the more the managers' attitude dragged everyone down. The whole environment felt disrespectful, with workloads piling up because nothing was organized and no one was fixing the broken processes. It got tiring watching leadership push unrealistic expectations while shrugging off responsibility, almost like accountability never existed. Management makes careless decisions and it's borderline unethical. People were treated as numbers instead of human beings. You could sense subtle discrimination in how pay, schedules, and opportunities were handed out. By the time anyone gets recognition, it's usually because they are already leaving, which tells you everything you need to know. Every day felt like a guessing game because there were no real systems in place. Tasks changed on the fly, priorities got shuffled for no reason, and you'd get blamed for things you were never even told to do. The communication style from leadership was just pure attitude, like they were annoyed you needed clarity in the first place. After a while, you start to realize that the whole setup is built on people burning out and being replaced. Nobody lasts long because the environment wears you down mentally and physically. You end up dragging yourself through long hours, barely supported, while listening to management act like everything falling apart is somehow the employees' fault. It gets old fast.

Thank you for the feedback. We have invested heavily into our training and support for the customer service team. We recognize that we had deficiencies and gaps and have worked hard to close them and create a more structured learning experience and work environment. We wish you the best.
