Frequently difficult clients, small space that is not conducive to large rushes

Wonderful product, ability to meet new people and share product knowledge & company history. Stores located in scenic locations. Most stores do not have typical mall hours, allowing for better life/work balance.

Extremely low compensation rates, despite qualifications and previous experience applicants may bring to the company. Unorganized central office, poor support of stores from central office. Middle management support is lacking in true leadership providing no coaching or mentoring - only problem identification with no focus on employee growth and development. Lack of opportunity for growth, raises decided from corporate board members not on employee's positive performance measures. Overall, company provides little to maintain quality employee.
