With regards to management taking measures for 'non-performers', I do think that we ask our colleagues to maintain high standards in how they assess the quality of their own work. And this kind of work environment is not conducive for everyone, so people do leave us when if they don't fit in.
And we keep raising the bar higher, so over time, we only have colleagues who inspire each other. I am not saying we are all the way there, but this is how we conduct ourselves and, consequently, we design everything around it.
