Great benefits and discounted tuition for employees or dependents. The company puts a lot of thought and money into their annual summer party and holiday gingerbread house contest, both of which can be fun opportunities to meet employees from other divisions.
Cons
Overall, the highly political and negative environment had a bad impact on my experience. Advancement is difficult. Management openly favors employees with PhDs or MDs while speaking poorly of employees without academic credentials. Unfortunately in-fighting and back-biting are deeply ingrained in the culture. Upper management speaks a lot about core values but fails to demonstrate values in day to day operations.
