Feedback is a valuable tool, and while we appreciate you taking the time to share your thoughts, the sentiments expressed reflect neither what we are proud to provide in our Nymbus offerings nor what we strive to cultivate in our Nymbus culture.
At Nymbus, our wide-ranging, innovative solutions meet the needs of our clients, allowing them to provide services and efficiencies to enhance the customer experience. We are grateful for the partnerships we have developed with many brands, banks, fintechs, and credit unions, and we hold ourselves to the highest level of accountability as we deliver on - and expand - our commitments.
At the forefront of our delivery is our talent, and we - especially our senior leadership team - pride ourselves on our culture of respect, fairness, and collaboration. We have invested in not only our Human Resources department, but also additional platforms such as our annual engagement survey, to ensure all team members have numerous opportunities to speak up, share their feedback, and report any questions or concerns. We often encourage employees to use such outlets to relay their thoughts directly, so that we may have an opportunity to enact change and improvement, should it be warranted.
