Salaries are lower than others in fintech industry. No clear path for advancement.

Sometimes they bought us food to try and make us forget their awful business practices.

Insane workload, removal of benefits, terrible leadership, horrible acquisition team, loads of employees and department leads are leaving or have left, open office floor plan, they forced everyone back into the office when our jobs could be done from home.
