Pros
Good start for first few years to learn some tech and get a big-company name on your CV but then move on somewhere more dynamic. Starting salary is good but no chance of progression - almost all employees kept on same base salary.
Cons
Despite being worked to death, extremely limited possibilities for career and salary progression. You work all hours and also evenings and weekends - at the end someone might tell you 'Thanks' but that's it - all soon forgotten and you'll be working around the clock on the next project. Upper management in business and HR totally useless at managing their people - you're on your own here.
