When they first started, this brand was innovative. Now they just change colors/sizes of devices…and call them new. Other brands are by far more innovative at this point.
The faces you see on social media aren’t the ones that run the company. The “family” that keeps things running is rarely on camera (they are amazing, and under appreciated). The one on camera is clueless and more concerned about wasting money on influencers than the well being / growth opportunity of employees.
A new exec was hired, and soon after they fired a chunk of staff to cover this persons salary. Employees were already overextended/overworked.
HR posts about summer Fridays/recharge days, special lunchs/ events in office. What they don’t mention is that most people work through these (not by choice), and that maybe 6 people will be at a free pizza day. So are these really “perks”?
Negativity and honesty aren’t allowed. This company had potential, but they just don’t care about anything but their own egos and bank accounts. A few good people remain, but most high level employees are TOXIC.
They want to go from glass to plastic bottles because it’s cheaper - because apparently the environment doesn’t matter. Destroy the planet but save those Pennie’s.
