Pros
good people to work around. If you have ASE certifications then the money is pretty good. The commission scale for Automotive Technicians is decent and the health insurance is ok. They do care about the Technicians
Cons
Automotive Technicians are required to work 50+ hours a week and really no time off. Upper management is all about sales only. They could care less about everything else just as long as the sales goals are met.
