Pros
The people you work with and the mission of NSCC. It is not just a mantra; it is what they believe and everything you do there is to go toward that goal. The pay is great. The vacation allotment is high.
Cons
There are many employees there that don't appreciate how good it is there. Maxing out on the salary scale was difficult. There should be allowances for people that continue to grow and continue to give more back to the position.
