      Pros

      Amazing mission, vision, and opportunity to be innovative in the market.

      Cons

      Severe lack of management talent throughout the company. Leads to a lot of discrepancy throughout the company depending on manager. Some areas extremely overworked and under recognized. Other areas have it great. In general it is a great place to be in sales/service, and a terrible place to be an engineer.

      I honestly can’t think of any except working remote.

      Cons

      Everything. The atmosphere, the lack of training, turnover and overall the company is shady.
