Pros
Family conscious, work life balance conscious, quality conscious team and management. Few companies genuinely care about their clients and employees like NPTE Final Frontier, the company lives up to their mission and vision, and I find the work incredibly fun and fulfilling. The team members are positive and supportive as well and I am lucky to enjoy their company. FF provides and encourages professional development and I feel has helped to elevate me and many of the other team members in this profession to pursue passions and new opportunities. They provide feasibly benefits like support to attend APTA conferences, opportunities to travel, and professional membership support. I also am proud to be a part of such a diverse company that truly advocates for diversity in a field that needs it.
Cons
None I can say for the company. Employees are generally clinicians or employed in the field elsewhere and work with FF in addition, and so you should have good time management and task management skills to be able to work productively and remotely.
