Pros
Some team members make it better,
Cons
Your connections to senior management and their view of you will keep you in this company for years on end if you play your allegiances right. Terrible management, including micromanaging and public tracking of daily, weekly and monthly tasks and goals, disguised as "culture building" and "friendly competition" Selective favoritism from managers over employees which leaves clear that you can do a bad job and still keep your position. Lack of clarity over current and new processes, they call this a "dinamic enviroment". Staffing and compensation changes made exclusively to hurt comission earning employees. Expectation of enforcement of new and changing management expectations at the risk of termination for not being the "right cultural fit".
