      Family like environment, friendly people to work with. Not an overall stressful place to work as long as you are slightly competent in your job.

      Very work/life balance friendly. Very strong benefits package.

      Very Siloed. NOV is the result of over 100 acquisitions and the fractured condition of systems and procedures is evident. Leadership is working on it.
