      Cons

      No opportunity or good pay for 5-25 years experience. Few mid level engineers in this experience range exist here for these reasons. Many older engineers with 25+ years. Many are retiring at once

      Very Siloed. NOV is the result of over 100 acquisitions and the fractured condition of systems and procedures is evident. Leadership is working on it.
