      As mentioned in a previous post, if you're interested in getting involved in this industry.......they are a stepping stone don't plan any long range

      Cons

      you may want to pick up a third language...../French..........English don't apply there. They hire people that spend very little time/effort learning either language

      Very work/life balance friendly. Very strong benefits package.

      Cons

      Very Siloed. NOV is the result of over 100 acquisitions and the fractured condition of systems and procedures is evident. Leadership is working on it.
